An award-winning recipe, the Original flavour is one of the most versatile sauces available. It works well as a glaze, marinade, dip or condiment on beef, pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables.
CattleBoyZ Sweet Chili Sauce
CattleBoyZ Sweet Chili Sauce was the second flavour introduced by CattleBoyZ Foods in 2002. This recipe is similar to a sweet chili sauce, but sweeter and spicier. The Sweet Chili flavour is best used as a glaze, dip or condiment on pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables. It is also tasty on beef products like ribs. (Not recommended for steaks.)
CattleBoyZ presents a very versatile wing sauce that works well as a general purpose hot sauce.
Medium in heat for a hot sauce, but can take wings from regular hot to XX hot depending on the amount you toss them with.
Tasting notes - almost a buttery texture that follows with a smooth cayenne heat, leaving with a long lasting heat and buttery flavour.
CattleBoyZ' 3rd BBQ sauce was specially created for the low and slow style of BBQing. Perfect for smoked brisket, pulled pork, pork chops, ribs and chicken. It is made with a touch more tomato paste than the original with also some citrus.
Tasting Notes – Up front, tomato, smoke and citrus finishing off with citrus and black pepper heat.
